Join Us for The Murph Challenge 2025 at CrossFit Tysons on Memorial Day!

This Memorial Day, honor the legacy of Lt. Michael P. Murphy and challenge yourself with one of the most iconic workouts in the CrossFit community—The Murph Challenge! As an official host, CrossFit Tysons is proud to bring our community together for this meaningful event.

🔥 The Workout:

  • 1 Mile Run

  • 100 Pull-Ups

  • 200 Push-Ups

  • 300 Air Squats

  • 1 Mile Run

    • For those brand new we recommend breaking up the 100, 200, 300 into 20 rounds of 5, 10, 15.

    • For those that have done this before, you have the option of doing it straight through.

    • If you’re well-experienced, wear a 20lb vest for the ultimate challenge!

💪 Why Participate?
This isn’t just a workout—it’s a tribute. The Murph Challenge is the official annual fundraiser for the Lt. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation, supporting education for future leaders.

Time: Three heats, 8AM, 9AM, and 10AM

Sign up at The Murph Challenge to officially participate, support the cause, and do the workout on memorial day at our gym for free.

If you are not a member and you don’t register at The Murph Challenge you must sign up through our drop-in.

Come sweat, push your limits, and honor a hero with us. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to CrossFit, everyone is welcome to take on the challenge!
