The Challenge
Are you ready to lock in and test your engine? The CFTC Halfrox is an intense, half-distance, HYROX-style conditioning event custom engineered to push your speed, power, and mental grit. Whether you are prepping for an official hybrid fitness race or looking to throw down with our community, this is your proving ground. Teams are welcome to test your strategies! Sign up individually or secure a partner slot to tackle the repetitions together.
Participants receive an individual heat time, workout results and an event gift.
The Workout & Station Standards
The layout consists of standard HYROX components cut exactly in half. You will complete a 500m run segment before entering each of the functional workout stations detailed below. If you would like to complete Rx weights for any of the non-sled workouts, we will have those available:

The Format & Logistics
To provide everyone with a seamless experience across our specialized machinery (SkiErgs and Sleds), this event runs as a strict staggered time trial. Individual athletes and partner pairs will launch into their run loop precisely every 4 minutes. Your booked time slot is your personal race-clock start.
Full scaling options will be available across all stations, making this completely accessible to fitness enthusiasts of all levels. Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled heat time for an athlete briefing and mandatory movement standard breakdown.
